Principal’s Message August 2015
Welcome back students and parents and hello to our new families !
Academie Da Vinci is pleased to announce two evening events to start off the new school year. Please note: do not come to both evenings ! The information presented will be the same !
On Tuesday, August 18, from 5-7 pm - we will host all families who are new to the school. This will be a chance to learn more about Academie Da Vinci, our great arts- focused curriculum, our new partnership with Ruth Eckerd Hall, after school clubs, special events and to meet our wonderful faculty and staff. Our PTA President, Brad Malone, will be here to introduce you to the exciting PTA events and fundraisers which greatly benefit our school. Some of our experienced ADV parents will also be here to welcome you. T shirts and our new lovely embroidered Academie Da Vinci polo shirts will be available for sale or pre-paid order. T shirts are $10, 2X T shirts are $12, Youth Polo Shirts are $14 and Adult Polo Shirts are $16.
On Thursday, August 20 – 5-7:30 pm- we will host all families who are returning to the school. (if you have a new student but still are a returning family, please come to this night). All the information from August 18 will be presented. The evening of August 20 tends to be very crowded. Please plan on bringing your children who are coming to ADV and 2 parents only. This will allow everyone enough space to move around and enough time for questions. Please carpool if possible and do not block other cars when parking.
