Our Extended Learning Program (ELP) operates before and after school. Before-school hours begin at 7am and run until school starts. After-school hours are from dismissal until 6pm. If you are interested in registering your child(ren) for before and after-care, please speak first with Ava Kazee, the program's coordinator. The program is extremely popular and is often fully enrolled. If Ava Kazee confirms there is space for your child(ren), please download all of the forms below, sign those that require a signature, and return them to school with the $35 registration fee. What do you need to do to sign up for ELP?
1.Registration Forms completed and turned in
2.One time $35 registration fee. (Check/Money order made out to ADV)
3.Electronic Payment Form with a voided check stapled to the bottom
4.The above can be turned into Ava Kazee or the Front Office
5.Please keep pages 1-5, 6 & 7 must be filled out and returned.
